Eastman Students

Blackdog Studios is privileged to be located on the same block as the prestigious Eastman School of Music. As a result we offer specialized discounted services to all Eastman and University of Rochester students with a valid student ID.

Our studio offers a controlled natural acoustic sound and is the only one of it's kind in the city of Rochester, and Studio A houses a beautiful Yamaha CSII 8'3'' Grand.

Upon request, we offer students with a list of comprehensive samples of both jazz and classical musicians from the school who have recorded with us here in the past.
