JUNE 19th-27th LIMITED SLOTS AVAILABLE From 4PM – Till.....? ROCHESTER, NY: Blackdog Recording Studios, in association with singer/songwriter Amanda Ashley, will be hosting its fourth annual open house, which will take place during the Rochester International Jazzfest, from June 19th through June 27th, we will feature over 25 live acts performing in an intimate "live in-studio setting." Slots are limited. In Blackdog’s comfortable-yet-spacious main performance room, audiences and musicians alike can focus on the music in the studios elegantly-lit listening environment. At Blackdog Studios we are providing a live in studio performances in a cozy environment. This type of environment represents one future path of musical entertainment, so we’re keeping our doors open for the entire duration of Jazz fest as in an effort to support local music as an option between the other shows you plan on attending. Blackdog is proud to present a fine assortment of local Rochester and Eastman School musical talent. Blackdog's side entrance is located on Swan Street, next door to the Barret Place alleyway that extends from Gibbs Street to the East Ave entrance to the East End parking garage. You can’t miss us as we’re located right in the middle of the Festival! Performances begin at 4pm each day and run until approximately 11pm. A $5 donation by guests is suggested but not required.
