Robert Blackburn, a local entrepreneur opened Blackdog Studio on the East End nine years ago. Since then, the business has grown and flourished. Members of the Blackdog Community can be seen participating in art and music events beyond the doors of the studio. From engaging with students at UofR and RIT to running sound for live musicians around the city, studio has become a staple of the culture in Downtown Rochester .
